From: Blusky@earthlink.net Subject: Re: Report: LA-ASSC-Convoy 9/24 Date: Thu, 26 Sep 1996 23:31:28 -0700 Well folks I decided it was time to come out of hiding and finally attend an official ASSC-Convoy. Actually, there was no way I was going to miss one right on my own turf. I wasn't able to make it up to Sam's in L.A., but TJ's was no problem. I arrived at TJ's some time around 9:30 pm. After entering the club and giving it the once over, I noticed there seemed to be a decent sized crowd in the place. Since I hadn't met any of the guys in person before, I really didn't know what the hell I was looking for. I took a seat on the front bench seats towards the corner near the entrance and the DJ booth. The first waitress to approach me was Jodi. After placing my usual 7UP order, I asked her if any of the Internet crowd had showed up yet, Rich in particular. After getting on my case a little about the "Blue Sky" incident a few days earlier with Rich, she finally told me that he wasn't there as far as she knew. So there I am sitting and enjoying the show on stage and suddenly I see this guy sitting up at the stage, put down this origami folded dollar bill. I thought, this guy has to be with the ASSC crowd. No sooner did I see this happen and Jodi walks over to me and informs me that the "computer guys" wanted "Blue Sky" to come down to the stage and join them. I remember shaking hands with Doug, IRL, ENGNR1, Dodger, and Hgoof. I apologize to any one of the guys who's names are eluding me at the moment. I finally sit my butt down next to hgoof and after a little STS (shooting the sh#t), I ask him if he's seen LapMeRich?. He says he's never met him, but he's sure this elderly gentleman sitting up on the "Lap" sofas along the front wall of the club, is LapMeRich trying to act incognito. After chuckling a little bit, I tell him that I seriously doubt it. Hgoof tells me that the only way to find out is to ask the guy point blank. I agreed, so Hgoof goes over and asks the guy if he's LapMeRich. He comes back and tells me that the guy loves laps, loves computers, and yes his name is Rich, but he is not "LapMeRich" (just kidding about the loving laps and computers part ;->) I still thought it was pretty comical. So Rich, if you're reading this, you're thought of by a few as some old dude who sits and lurks in the furthest, darkest, corner of the club ;-> A little time goes by and while I was trying not to be rude and show genuine interest in the things that people were saying to me, the fact of the matter was that there I was sitting at the rail at TJ's with beautiful nude women jockeying for my attention. I don't think I need to tell you who won the honors. During all of this, these little origami birds, elephants, etc. kept showing up all over the place. Finally ALS shows up along with Dave's Friend and possibly a few others. ALS does a little socializing and after awhile takes a seat next to me and we do a little more STS. ALS realizes he forgot the ASSCON-1 buttons in the car. A few minutes later he shows up with plenty of buttons to go around. A short while after that, Rich shows up and he and I finally get to meet. And yes, for all of you non believers out there....Rich does have an ASSC polo shirt. And oh yeah, thanks again for the hat Rich. Now about that little napkin that was going around the place. There I was sitting there enjoying myself and all of a sudden this little napkin and a pen are put in front of me and I'm hearing some one telling me to sign it. So there I am trying to have conversation and sign my name at the same time, when all of a sudden the dancer on stage (who turned out to be Barbi), gives me a good scolding that she and the other girls don't appreciate when us guys sit there and write things on napkins while they're up on stage trying to entertain us. She was totally in the right, so I stopped writing and threw about five or six dollar bills on stage to try and right my wrong. It seemed to help a little. She finished her set, and while she was collecting her tips before she left the stage I figured this was a good time to finish signing the napkin. Wrong!!! Barbi saw what I was doing and came over to me and grabbed the napkin out of my hand and wanted to see exactly what the hell I was writing on the damn thing. She looked it over and re-emphasized what she had told me earlier. So again Barbi, I really apologize for any offense. Shame on me. Last time I saw the little napkin, I think Dave's Friend had it. For the record, I too saw ALS giving a lap dance to ENGNR1 if I'm not mistaken. It looks as though ALS may have what it takes to be a lapper. Who knows, had the DJ announced ALS was doing a two for one special, I may have taken him up on a couple of laps. Speaking of two for one laps, I was at TJ's Monday night and had two of the most incredible lap dances from Rayne and Pearl. The two of them at the same time. I won't go into it any further here, because Rayne and Pearl made me promise I would include a write up of the whole experience on my web page (I'll touch on that briefly at the end of this post). I decided to get a lap from Malaya before I called it a night. She is a real cutie. We had some nice conversation for a little while between laps and she is a lot of fun to talk to. Great laps too. Highly recommended. I said all my good-bye’s and tried to let everyone I could get a hold of know what a great time I had, and what a pleasure it was to meet every body. Finally around 11:30 I was on my way home, and had only one question going through my head as I drove along...where the hell was Zbone on this glorious occasion? Well Zbone, you were greatly missed, but maybe next time. And Rich, I'll be seeing you again soon at TJ's. For those who have a chance, check out Blue Sky's Strip Tease web page on the Orange County strip club scene. http://home.earthlink.net/~blusky/ See how most of my free time has been spent the last few months. The site is graphic intensive, so please give it a little time to load the first visit. Once you have it in your cache, it will load pretty quick each time you access it. All in all I had a great time. Looking forward to the next one. Blue Sky
